BAVVIC Contest Rules

 

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. The organizer of the “BAVVIC Creative Builds” contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) is BAVVIC Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Żurawia 2, 64-200 Chorzemin, Poland, REGON: 521695415, NIP: 9231739744 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

 

1.2. The Contest is governed by these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Rules”) and is subject to the laws of Poland. By participating in the Contest, participants accept and agree to these Contest Rules.

 

1.3. The Contest will run from 1 September 2024 to 30 November2024.
Winners will be announced on December 1st.

 

1.4. The Contest is open to participants worldwide, provided they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under the age of 18.

 

1.5. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

 

§2 ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

 

2.1. The Contest is open to anyone worldwide who has purchased a BAVVIC toy set. Participants must meet the legal age requirement in their country or have proper consent from a parent or guardian.

 

2.2. To enter, participants must:

 

    •    Create a unique build using BAVVIC toys.

    •    Take a photo of their creation.

    •    Post the photo on Instagram - open accounts only.

    •    Tag the official @BAVVIC account and include the hashtag #BAVVICBuilds

    •    Hold the Fiolet Ticket from the BAVVIC box with the reference number.

2.3. Each participant may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per participant will be eligible for prize consideration.

 

2.4. By entering the Contest, participants declare that the submitted photo is an original creation and that they hold all intellectual property rights to the photo.

 

2.5. Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted photos for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing) without additional compensation.

 

2.6. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submissions that do not comply with these Contest Rules or that are deemed offensive or inappropriate.

 

§3 SELECTION OF WINNERS

 

3.1. The Contest will have two types of winners:

 

    •    Grand Prize Winner: Selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and quality of the photo.

    •    Random Winner: One participant will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

 

3.2. Winners will be announced on December 1st each year on the Organizer’s website and social media channels.

 

3.3. The Organizer will contact the winners via Instagram direct message to arrange the delivery of prizes. Winners must respond within 7 days, or the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

 

§4 PRIZES

 

4.1. Prizes for the Contest include:

 

    •    Grand Prize: An exclusive BAVVIC Family set.

    •    Additional Prizes: Discount vouchers.

 

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

 

4.3. The Organizer is responsible for covering the cost of delivering prizes within Poland. For winners residing outside Poland, the Organizer will cover shipping up to a specified amount; any additional shipping costs will be covered by the participant.

 

§5 PERSONAL DATA

 

5.1. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting winners, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish laws.

 

5.2. The Organizer is the data controller and will process personal data such as names and contact details solely for purposes related to the Contest.

 

5.3. Participants have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the Organizer at info@bavvic.com.

 

§6 LIABILITY

 

6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems, such as connectivity issues or website downtime, that may prevent participants from entering the Contest.

 

6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants during or after the Contest, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

 

§7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

7.1. By submitting a photo, participants grant the Organizer the right to use the submitted materials for promotional purposes, including publication on the Organizer’s website, social media accounts, and in marketing materials.

 

7.2. The Organizer will credit the participant where possible, but participants waive any rights to royalties or compensation arising from such use.

 

§8 FINAL PROVISIONS

 

8.1. By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules, as well as any decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Contest, which are final.

 

8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the Contest will be resolved under the laws of Poland. In case of a legal dispute, the court of jurisdiction will be the court in Poznań, Poland.

 

8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Contest Rules at any time. Amendments will be published on the Organizer’s website and take effect from the date of publication.

 

8.4. If any provision of these Contest Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
