RETURN POLICY  

In oder to register the return please contact us via email info@bavvic.com with your order number.

You have the right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of its receipt. Make sure the products are in their original condition: unused, clean and odourless, and retain the original tags. An reimbursement will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days of the receipt of the Goods by the Shop, and it will be credited with the same payment method you chose for your purchase.We do not accept the Goods returned by COD.

FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION  Place the products back in the box, with the original tags included. Download the Return Form, fill it out, and place it in the box. Seal the box and send it to the following address:

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION  Place the products back in the box, with the original tags included. Download the Return Form, fill it out, and place it in the box. Fill out the customs form: use the same currency and value as on the order invoice, make sure to mark the shipment as a return, and attach the form to the box.
