1. Shipping Providers

We ship using trusted and verified logistics partners:

  • FedEx – international and express deliveries

  • DPD – domestic and European ground deliveries

  • Regional postal services, including Poczta Polska or the local postal operator of the sender’s country

 

The shipping method is selected automatically based on your destination, order size, and delivery preference.


 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing time may be extended by 1–2 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.


 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local carrier schedules, weather conditions, or customs procedures.


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping option.

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.


 

5. Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

If you have not received tracking details within three business days, please check your spam folder or contact info@bavvic.com.


 

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

 

  1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  2. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at info@bavvic.com with your order number and shipping details.

    We will support you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

 

 

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.

BAVVIC is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it at the customer’s expense.


 

8. International Shipping and Customs

For deliveries outside Poland or the European Union:

 

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees.

    We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections.
