We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return an item, please review the following return and refund conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Polish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Contact us by email at info@bavvic.com and inform us of your decision.

Include your order number, purchase date, name, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return the item(s) to the address provided by our team after confirming your return request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be included.

The return shipment must be sent within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence;

Personalized or custom-made items;

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

In the case of an approved claim (faulty or wrong product), BAVVIC Sp. z o.o. covers all return and replacement shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you request otherwise (at no additional cost).

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described:

Take clear photos of the issue and email them to info@bavvic.com.

Include your order number and a short description of the problem.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

In case of a confirmed claim, all associated shipping costs are covered by BAVVIC Sp. z o.o.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability.

8. International Returns

For customers outside Poland, please contact us first to receive the correct return instructions and customs declaration details.

International return parcels should be clearly marked as “Return – no commercial value” to avoid customs delays.
